I stamped the background with clear embossing powder with my large alpha stamp added acrylic ink in blue and cosmic shimmer spray in copper distressed and added stickles to the edge and inked the edges in gold. i then added tin foil wich i etched a sea, wave design added stickles and inked with a permanent ink..I coloured my mermaid with prismacolors and promarkers and a felt tip too..added stickles to his tail glossy accented his hair. added him to the tag with 3d pads. The text is a quote from the little mermaid (i think) created with a typewriter font on my computer. I inked the edges in blue and added to the tag again with 3d pads..finally i added some fibres that were sent as a rak from a friend...
