I inked and distressed some of the edges with my scissors and brushed coduroy ink pad.

and then added some imaginice flowers and some a red flower gem

Here is my entry for the challenge over at the allsorts challenge blog

The theme this time is SPRING IS IN THE AIR.

So i decided to create and ATC of Dressy Ebony from the greeting farm

as you can see the spring flowers are popping up all over..at last

spring is on the way..i feel warmer and brighter already.

ATC AND A CARD.

Hi everyone i have been creating some ATC's and a CARD using my Rain Rain, and Dressy Ebony Greetings farm Digi stamps.

For the card i created some red background paper using red lava cosmic shimmer mister on coated cardstock (gives a more textured affect)

I coloured Rain using sharpies and staedler markers.

punched out some flower and added red gems to the centres.

for the greeting i used aluminum tape from my local hardware shop and embossed the words

WITH LOVE

inked it ove the top and added it to my card.

I then also created the two atc,s using embossing and stamping techniques.

Hope you like em...i am planning to make more of these would love to trade with others..

Here is the front page of my latest mini album..its only my second paperbag album so i am still on a huge learning curve..I will be uploading more pictures soon.

If anyone had any constructive criticism or helpful suggestions i would really appreciate any help in making my minis better. Crafting alone without any input can be really difficult to do objectively.

The beautiful image on the front is a freebie lineart from the wondeful artist..Ching Chou-Kuik

I coloured the image with staedler markers and prismacolor markers and the skin was done with promarkers..I added anitas 3d gloss in part to add dimension and sheen.

The butterfly is a Hero art digi from two peas..

I am hoping to upload a few more pics soon and get this mini completed in a while.

I may then make a video to show it all. Thanks for looking jan

I painted a shipping tag with rose watercolour paint (winsor and newton)

and stamped a flower image in black papermania ink

flower stamp is from inkadinkadoo

distressed

and inked the edges.

The bird is a freebie

I then added some flowers and used a black sharpie to make the centres of the flowers as i did not have one crystal in black..

I stamped the background with clear embossing powder with my large alpha stamp added acrylic ink in blue and cosmic shimmer spray in copper distressed and added stickles to the edge and inked the edges in gold. i then added tin foil wich i etched a sea, wave design added stickles and inked with a permanent ink..I coloured my mermaid with prismacolors and promarkers and a felt tip too..added stickles to his tail glossy accented his hair. added him to the tag with 3d pads. The text is a quote from the little mermaid (i think) created with a typewriter font on my computer. I inked the edges in blue and added to the tag again with 3d pads..finally i added some fibres that were sent as a rak from a friend...

I took a manilla shipping tag inked it up with acrylic inks

the butterflies are a digi from hero arts over on two peas

i printed them and coloured then with prismacolor markers

added pearl trim and some bling

and glitzed with stickles
